Curriculum:

A relationship isn’t about two people becoming one, but about two spaces connecting in a healthy, balanced way.

We often struggle with maintaining a healthy give-and-take, feeling overwhelmed by expectations. Expressing our needs clearly and kindly is essential. Many of us either give too much or take too much, sometimes losing ourselves in the process. Giving can be intimidating, but it’s necessary for connection.

In this series, we’ll explore how to care for our hearts and boundaries through somatic exercises, redesigning respect and communication in a more supportive and warm way. Often, when we define the kind of relationship we desire, we use idealized or overly spiritual language, which can feel disconnected from reality. To shift this, we’ll focus on reconnecting with our freedom of choice and grounding our desires into tangible, real-world actions. By doing so, we’ll gain clarity on the kind of partner and relationship we truly want, making those choices feel more accessible and achievable.
