At HEALIVE., we work with the body as a starting point. Through movement and somatic practices, we support both physical and mental well-being—together, not separately.
We take a holistic approach, recognizing that body, mind, and emotions are deeply connected. In the pace of everyday life, these parts often drift apart, leaving us feeling scattered or disconnected.
Our work begins in the body. From there, we gently reconnect these layers—moving from the body toward the mind, rather than the other way around. This supports clarity, balance, and self-trust through lived experience.
HEALIVE. is a cosy, shared space where connection is part of the practice. A place to slow down, listen, move, rest, and be together with care.
All practices at the studio—yoga, somatic movement, and personal boundaries work—are body-based and experience-led, supporting a sense of safety, grounding, and feeling supported.
This is what makes HEALIVE. different: creating space to feel connected, supported, and at home in your body.
Our Approach
for embodying the expansive space of our being.
more about HEALIVE.
HEALIVE. is a pioneering method of embodied practices that embraces the beauty of the felt-sense. It integrates current somatic techniques, mindfulness and movement practices, creativity, and performance studies with a special emphasis on the quality of touch.
At HEALIVE., we are curious about how it feels to be in a body—and why that matters.
When we lose touch with bodily sensation, we often feel disconnected: from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. Our thoughts may go one way, our emotions another, while the body is left behind. Reconnecting with sensation helps bring these parts back together.
Felt sense—our ability to notice sensations from the inside—is important because it shapes how we relate to everything: how we move, how we respond to stress, how we make choices, and how safe or supported we feel in our daily lives. When our sensory awareness expands, our relationship with ourselves and our environment can become more attuned, responsive, and balanced.
Through somatic practices, movement, and attention, HEALIVE. explores how coming back into contact with the body can soften disconnection and support a more harmonious way of being. We see this as an ongoing exploration—one that helps us listen better, feel more clearly, and relate to ourselves and the world with greater care and trust.
