This workshop isn’t about severe addictions, but rather the small yet persistent habits:
evening food cravings, smoking out of boredom, or just drinking more than we meant to.

Despite trying many approaches, the real shift often begins with one thing: understanding.

In this workshop, we take a somatic, nervous-system-informed look at these patterns. We create space to:

  • Understand what's actually happening underneath the urge

  • Allow the body and nervous system to process the experience

  • Identify the real need behind the craving

  • Strengthen willpower using body-based tools, not force
