Boundaries are not about building walls or pushing others away — they are about defining who we are and embodying our sense of self.
In this workshop, we explore our physical, emotional, social, and territorial boundaries, along with the subtle energetic space around us — often called the etheric field.
Through gentle, body-based practices, we learn to sense and embody these layers of boundaries. This not only strengthens our sense of self but also supports energy management and nervous system regulation.
