Can’s vinyasa classes can be described in four words: intimate, joyful, confronting, and finding pleasure even in moments of discomfort.

Through vertical, creative, and cyclical vinyasa sequences, the class uses intelligent sequencing to engage all major muscle groups in a balanced and functional way. This allows you not only to move the body, but also to experience the body’s own intelligence.

Each session closes with pranayama and meditation, supporting integration and release. Expect to let go of accumulated tension, enter a meditative flow state, and gently challenge your limits—learning through direct experience rather than instruction alone.

Suitable for practitioners with a basic yoga foundation or at least three months of regular practice.
