This class features a gentle flowing movement sequence created by Yin Yoga pioneers Paul and Suzee Grilley, aiming to connect yang movement with yin principles.

Tao Vinyasa integrates aspects of Tai Chi, yoga, and contemporary movement into a seamless, fluid practice. It engages both the physical and energetic bodies, enhancing coordination, rhythm, and embodied flow.

To foster balance and integration, each session concludes intentionally with Yin postures—bringing in stillness, grounding, and deep listening. This helps the movement's effects to settle and promotes a sense of wholeness.
